Simple Meditations
NINJA MINDSET
1st meditation:(awareness) sit legs crossed, infront of a clock and stare at is for 15 min. Wile im stairing at the clock i should
start to feel boared,back hurting, letting my mind go free.
FULL LOTUS
2nd meditation:(calm the body and mind) sit left foot over my right thigh,and my right foot over my left thigh, my hands bauled up into fist's and on my knees palms up, eyes closed, sitting up strait, back strait then breath 3 times wile on each breath countdown 3,2,1. then swallow and put my toung to the top of my mouth, and lightly click my teeth together, wile thinking of the numeral 1.
HEAVENLY DRUM
3rd meditation:(creates longlivity) stand up and put ur palms over your ears and ur middle fingertips touching on the back of the head, ur thumbs below the ears. breath in 9 times and when u inhale u fill up ur lungs from bottom to top, when u exhale u let out all ur air slowly without hearing it from the top of ur lungs. then u get ur index finger and beat on the back of the head 24 times.
HEAVENLY PILLER
4th meditation:(exercises the neck and spinal cord) u sit in the 2nd meditation position but instead of doing it u put ur hands on ur knees then twistingto the left then to the right 48 times, when u twist u turn ur left hand to the left.
ENERGY TO THE PALMS
5th meditation:(streathens the kidneys) u put ur left palm over ur right palm and rub in a curcular motion left to right 24 times then switch but go in the same rotation. then put ur palms over ur kidneys and rub 24 time in a curcular motion . when ur done u leave ur hands there for a few min.
